  We had a very good experience shopping at the Saratoga Springs store, Tom our salesperson was very helpful without being intrusive. Haven’t received the item yet but as far as shopping goes it was A+.

  Sales person was very professional and very helpful. I was very impressed at the staff person was able to get the chair into my car without causing any damage.

  The best place to buy furniture in Saratoga Springs! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Both Angelica and manager John were great! They were able to get me exactly what I wanted! I had an excellent time shopping for my new couch!

  Melissa was a great sales person. We told her what we were looking for and she walked us through the entire store and pointed out the type of chairs we wanted. Melissa then let us look and decide on what we wanted and didn’t hover. She was professional and pleasant.

  We were in the market for a mattress so we went to Raymour to check things out. We were greeted by Deb who was tremendously helpful. She thoughtfully guided us through the process of selecting the mattress that fit our needs and budget. She never hovered but always seem to appear when we had questions or needed additional help. Deb's product knowledge was extensive which made our buying decision simple and easier. Well done Deb. We will be back.
