Fantastic furniture and beautiful designs. We previously purchased with Tracy, who was wonderful—knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We recently returned for a second purchase because of that great experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the store manager was the complete opposite. He was unexpectedly rude, dismissive, and lacked the level of professionalism you’d expect from someone in a management position, especially at a luxury retailer. It was disappointing enough to overshadow what should have been another positive buying experience. The quality of the furniture keeps us coming back, but the customer service from management fell far below the standard the Roche Bobois brand represents.

Drove from Queens. I, with a fractured leg, my service dog, my husband walking into the store and an older man comes up to us and says that there are no dogs allowed in the store because once they had a incident with another dog that threw up on their 14K piece... Well. Human can throw up too. So lets not allow anyone in the expensive store because anyone can throw up on their highly priced piecese. Ridiculous!
