    Went to Lowe’s on Friday because my refrigerator broke. All my food was sitting on ice, so I needed help fast. The appliance associate was working alone helping multiple customers, and while he was very nice, it was clear he was overwhelmed. I paid extra for expedited Sunday delivery because my refrigerator situation was urgent. I received text updates all day Saturday confirming delivery, so naturally I emptied my old refrigerator, cleared my driveway, and prepared everything for haul-away, which I also paid extra for. By the time the delivery driver arrived on Mother’s Day and told me they could not install the refrigerator because I have a copper water line, my frustration level was through the roof. Nobody at Lowe’s mentioned this when they sold me the refrigerator, installation, haul-away, protection plan, and expedited delivery. Had I known this beforehand, I could have hired a plumber the day before and avoided this entire mess. What made it even more frustrating was being told they could “leave the refrigerator,” but could not remove the old one because they could not disconnect the copper line. So where exactly was I supposed to put two refrigerators? At that point I felt like nobody was thinking realistically about the inconvenience this caused. Now on Mother’s Day, instead of relaxing, I’m scrambling trying to find a plumber, reschedule delivery for who knows when, buy additional installation parts, and continue living without a working refrigerator after already paying extra money to avoid delays in the first place. To make matters worse, customer service claimed they could not see the extra $20 expedited delivery fee even though it is clearly listed on my receipt. The protection plan department also said they could not see my protection plan yet even though it has been on my receipt since Friday. That only added to my irritation because it felt like every department had different information and nobody could give a straight answer. The issue is not the delivery driver. The issue is poor communication, disconnected systems, and customers not being properly informed before paying hundreds or thousands of dollars. Please train staff better and clearly explain installation limitations BEFORE charging customers for delivery and installation services.

    The associates were chatting and ran away when I tried to ask for assistance I figure they work there and have knowledge of where its at they were just chatting and talking on the phone collecting a timed paycheck rachet Lowe's. Never have I seen associates act like they dont hear you and run away slowly that you have to raise your voice. Another one told me go overthere you'll find it , the worst of the worst experience ever never going back there Lowes at Rosedale area south conduit dont go

    Me and my partner picked up a lawn mower, it was defective upon opening. So we brought it back to exchange, sadly they don’t do exchanges. So we had to get store credit to re-purchase. When trying to re-purchase it, the lawn mower was not the same price we paid when we purchased it online. So we were going back and forth with multiple workers to get help. Cory was the only person who was able to assist and accommodate us after sitting there for 2 hours. Thank you so much Cory!
