Renters be ware. I have only had my things stored for 2 or 3 months and just got a notice that my rate will be doubled by the next payment. Absolutely ridiculous. Storage is for convenience not aggravation and hassle. I will be moved out before this doubled rent hits!! What a horrible thing to do to a single mother. They should be ashamed. I will never rent from them again.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tim at Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern. I had signed up for a month-to-month rental of a 10x10 unit, but after realizing the unit didn’t include climate control—and since I needed to store valuable electronic equipment—I knew it wouldn’t work for my needs.
I called the following day, which happened to be a Sunday, and left several messages. Early Monday, Tim promptly returned my call, listened to my concerns, and assured me that my unit would be canceled and my payment refunded. By the end of the day, I had received a full refund, including the administrative fee.
I truly appreciate Tim’s professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who goes the extra mile to make things right. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern—be sure to ask for Tim!
