  Cam was an exceptional associate! He did not undermine the interaction no matter of playful and non serious I may have appeared. He was also genuinely committed to serving. I say this because no matter how beds I tried, he was calm and always ready to offer the next best option. He was super patient and empathetic. There was no subtle aggression to get me to settle for what I didn’t come for. Truly a remarkable young man. I pray that his worth and service to Raymour and Flanigan is something that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Cam, you got me to buy even when I had options &300 plus cheaper! Well done!

  Honestly overall the experience was amazing ! The reason for the 4 star is because I had to look for my sales guy twice with only finding him the second time . I would shop there again and I would use The same sales person. He was knowledgeable, not pushing and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for .

  Absolutely the worst place to finance your furniture needs. I git an expensive bed and a table. They took an extra 1200 into my account for the bed but I already paid that off so they said they gave the money back by putting it towards the table. They dod not. Then I have been paying towards the table for almost 4 years bow and apparently the total has only went down by 70 dollars. They are a running INSANE SCAM on ppl that are trying to have a easy and trustworthy experience... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY!!!

  Sales staff were attentive without being too sales-y. Robert gave us all the information we asked for and then left us alone to explore. When we were ready, he made the purchasing process very simple. Delivery and set up also went really well - delivery guys were on time, professional, polite, clean and quick. All I could ask for.

  Ed was great. He asked us what we were looking for, and pointed us in that direction. He let us walk around and look. When it came time to buy, he showed us our options with no pressure to buy. We ended up purchasing our sectional right then
