  I met Muhammad when I entered the store - it was his turn to meet a prospective customer. He is a genuinely good hearted person who takes time to listen and really understand your needs. I went to a few places to shop, but was put at ease with Muhammad - so, we focused and made the sale. Thank you so much for being real. :)

  I worked with RAJEEM at Raymour & Flannigan in Henrietta. He was AMAZING to work with. He was very patient with all my questions and my multiple trips back to make a final decision. He also suggested different fabrics and pieces of furniture based on my conversions with him about my goals for the look and feel of the room I wanted to achieve. He is an asset to R&F and I am so pleased I had a chance to work with him. Let's give a SHOUT TO RAJEEM !!!

  My husband and I had an excellent experience with Raymour& Flanagan.the service was right on and the salesperson let us take our time and he explained everything completely.The employees were all very friendly and we will definitely be going back to Raymour&Flanigan,the furniture is top quality

  Worst experience I have had with them in years, order a full living room set only to be told on the date of delivery that the couch was the wrong color and I would only be getting my loveseat and chair, which was then missing a cord that I had to go to the warehouse myself and grab. Then once the right couch came in the delivery was missed twice before it arrived, and to top it all off my payment statement was never mailed, and upon asking my salesperson for help he kicked me back to customer service instead of helping himself.

  Cam was my sales rep and he was absolutely wonderful! He was calm, professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He did not linger - I was able to shop and he would simply magically appear when I had questions or was showing great interest in a particular piece of furniture. I felt zero pressure and he didn't use any sales tactics. He was the best salesman I've ever interacted with! It was such a relief to not be followed around, not feel pressured, and to not have the standard sales gimmicks/tactics. I will ask for him specifically for all future purchases for as long as he is working there.
