  We had a lovely man, Walt, who after learning what I liked found many options. He spent a very long time with me and 2 friends. He asked his manager, Katie, to take over because he had prior arrangements with one of his customers. Katie was very kind and patient as well !!! I'd recommend Raymond Flanagan to everyone!

  It was easy. I went in the store was met by a sales rep whom I told what I needed. I ordered and paid for my split bunkie board. I was able to go to the warehouse to pick up my purchase that day. Everyone was helpful.

  Our salesman Raheem Holliday was really great! He answered all my questions and gave me time to think and look around. He wasn’t pushy like salesmen can be, which is very important to me! My furniture set is beautiful, I was able to find a swivel chair that complimented my sofa perfectly.

  Our salesman Ed was great! He led us directly to the bed and also told us about the ones in the outlet. Followed up with us after a bit and told us about affordable mattresses. We have bought other furniture with your store and the customer service keeps us coming back.

  Boba is excellent, warm, friendly, patient. I wasn’t to get am extra piece of furniture from a bed set she had sold. She understood that I just wanted to get in and out quickly since I already knew what I wanted. She helped me immediately. She remembered me and our past conversation. I will ALWAYS seek her out and would come back a different day if she is not working. Absolutely fantastic experience!
