On the 5.6 .2026 this same older male saw us ( my son and myself) on approaching he started to spit. Mark you… if he knew what was coming his way he be real kind and not mean. If he is taking things through the back door and miserable because he can’t on the above mentioned date. , sir I’m sorry for you because thats not god for the company . Shame ! Shame! Shame! Please people like these must not be seen around people much to say animals.

- DGDave GrecoApr 9, 20265.0I'm a life long GC/builder and for decades have always preferred Lowes over Home Depot for a multitude of reasons, as far as 'big box' suppliers are concerned. My most prevalent critique would be that they do not offer enough of a discount for every day purchases, to PRO customers. Spending an average Lowe's employee's salary per year garners more than the measely 5% that even a one-time customer can get. Without our business, they would cease to operate in their current capacity.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
