I had two windows installed. They are defective. The installer didn’t inspect the product before removing my old windows. They were poorly installed and look terrible; the installer didn’t even caulk around the window. It’s been nearly 2 months trying to get the situation corrected and HOURS on the phone - just on hold, and more time talking with the store, the install department and customer service line. The install department is unhelpful and rude. The store manager has said he’d handle it and nothing comes from his “efforts”. After two months I’m supposed to get a call from the District Manager and I’ve been waiting a week. I have done way more than my due diligence. I wish I spent the extra couple hundred dollars and went with a local window company.

Came to Lowes first thing this morning after rescuing a pitbull mix. This will be my first time building a fence but I can say w/ great confidence I will accomplish it eventually! Lol. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
