Never buy here, especially not appliances!
The shopping experience and customer support at this store is severely lacking. I recently went there to try and purchase a dishwasher. I stood in the appliance area register for 45 minutes, and not a single employee showed up or even walked through. I left and bought it from Home Depot who actually cares to staff their registers.
Before this we also made the mistake of purchasing a washing machine through this store. It stopped working within 4 months when the pump motor shorted and burned out for no reason. The store was incredibly unhelpful, gave us the run around, said they weren't responsible because technically 'syracuse shipped it, call them' despite having purchased it in store. The manager Kristy of the store made it clear they do not care and do not consider themselves liable or responsible for machines they sell that break with faulty manufactured parts within the warranty period.
The experience has been so negative, I can't ever recommend anyone shop here. Lowes has made us Home Depot customers for life, they will never be receiving a penny from us again. It's clear they do not care about their customers one bit, and all you'll get is endless ai/phone trees that loop back to start, and managers who don't care when you finally go in person.

I have finally had enough... Lowes gets worse everyday! The past two years alone I have spend over 50k there, unfortunately this is out of convenience only given where the jobs were. While the folks that are working there are pleasant they are always understaffed, I cant tell you the hours I have spent on the phone and in that store trying to get assistance. And what business doesn't have bags!!!!!! Who is the genius that created this issue? I cant tell you the times I have walked out of the store juggling dozens of items trying to make it to my car without dropping them through the parking lot, It has become a joke! The last two months I have been using a couple competitors (who all have bags) and man all I can say is Lowes, you are no longer going to be my first choice, I will drive out of my way to avoid your stores....

Purchased a NEW may tag washer and dryer. The dryer took 2 weeks to receive. Lowes called me 15 min before they were to deliver the dryer to tell me the dryer was scratched and dented. Im basically left in a bind. If I don't accept the dryer I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for another one. So basically I purchased a scratch and dented dryer for 75.00 off. Not happy!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
