    I HAVE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCES WITH THEM FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS NOW STAFF IS EXTRA POLITE I HAVE BEEN A 20+ YEAR AARONS CUSTOMER SINCE MY HOMETOWN OF ORLANDO FL BUT THE SPENCERPORT LOCATION HAS TAKEN CARE OF ME OUT OF 2 OTHER LOCATIONS WHICH WERE BTW AWFUL IN ROCHESTER.     Horrible store and employees. First went to store to finish online order the guy who finished my tv order was more intrested in flirting with the women customer waiting behind me. Than I told him I wanted a new tv he sole me a used one from the back. After a week of waiting for delivery the delivery man handed it to me in the parking lot of my building. Than I get upstairs plug it in and they gave me wrong remote. So I called the account manager was like it worked in the store. Im like how it was in the back. He said we'll call roku for assistance and I will order u a remote. Waited like a week called back and the same acct. Manager was like we done know when it's coming in ill call u. I explained roku said u can't use a Phillips on a element roku tv he still claimed it worked in store. So I waited some more and I got a alert for payment. I was like why would I pay for a tv I can't use. So I called got a new acct manger and explained everything and he said nothing was noted in acct. Except waiting for a remote. So I said I want new tv in box and u can take this one back. He like I call u back after talking to manager. This new acct. Manager actually fixed problem until that Monday the old acct manager was back and decided to get rude and nasty and try to change everything back. So I called corporate. Store manager calls me not district like corporate told me would call me. Yhe store manager kept saying u can't prove any of your complaints. Im like so u sold me tv with no remote and that's ok. Store manager response was it happens alot and most customers dont mind waiting for a new remote. I was like wow great manager . Artons sends tv with wrong remotes alot and they expect customers to pay even if u can't use them. So in closing. This store is horrible. Go to another arrons. They dont care about customers or service

    If I could give this location less than a star I would. Delivery guy came and never rang doorbell, Allen(Store Mgr) is nasty, has no customer service skills. He hung up on me while we were speaking, I cancelled my order and requested a refund, I attempted several times to call back and was hung up on. I was told they don't know when it will get back in my account. I have filed a formal complaint with there corporate office. I am thoroughly disgusted.
