  BEWARE LOWE'S APPLIANCE WARRANTY SCAM. The incompetence, delays, deception, and complete lack of accountability from Lowe's and Fleet Appliance (the local "shop" Lowe's will send) have resulted in a household of 3 elderly disabled (70, 89, and 91 years old) to live without access to clean clothing for weeks. A routine, WARRANTY washing machine repair was turned into a multi-week disaster and an elder neglect case that has been reported to the Department of Health and Human Services. AVOID Lowe's, their bogus warranties, and the clowns at FLEET in Patchogue that they've contracted for warranty repairs AT ALL COSTS. FLEET will bill for unnecessary repairs to skim extra cash, knowing that the customer is warrantied and will not question the job because it's warrantied. You will then be left hanging for WEEKS while the unnecessary "parts" are ordered from a warehouse 30 minutes away. Lowe's uses a call center in Asia for their warranties, so you will get no help there. Lowe's store staff will not connect with Allied directly to assist in facilitating. Allied Staff are rude and dismissive if they even pick up the phone - good luck with that. Allied will cancel/postpone/no-show and/or fabricate jobs to prolong your routine repairs because this corporate repair contract with a big-box store like Lowe's is a free-money vending machine for them - and Lowe's will do nothing to help. I explained the situation to several Lowes staff, supervisors, both in person and by phone. Half-hearted apologies and empty shrugs. Zero action.

  Terrible customer service. Don’t pick up phones. When they do they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes. Multiple order of Trex were damaged. They literally hang up the phone when they answer it after it ringing for multiple minutes straight. A couple managers there were good and tried to help, Kelly and Joe, but the rest, no good!! Update: I am still pending my opinion on Joe and Kelly as what they promised is still not occurring. I called regular Lowe’s service for help and they can only have me deal with the store since there was an exchange done. I am tied to the store. Another day where they don’t answer the phone too. I am forced to wait to see if they act. More updates to come. Please please please, stay away from this store.

  I specifically would like to give Kathy 5 stars! I was actually at the store on Sunday, June 7 trying to find a specific outdoor chair. Inventory was showing 28 but only one was on the floor. I asked about them and nobody was willing to go back to receiving to pull them. I called Monday morning, same thing. I called Monday night and Kathy took the time to go in the back, find them and actually have them pulled waiting for me Monday night to pick them up. I own a business, and it’s so nice when you are recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you, Kathy.

  The WORST store and company in the nation. You order and are told they will deliver the next day and then that's canceled and the next day again canceled and rescheduled again for the third time and no delivery.. then we hear it was completed ? What the heck ? No they did not deliver the order to our house. Can't get in touch with anyone either because AI is handling the situation.. They are horrible! Never again ! There are plenty of other trustworthy companies.

  I'm sharing my disappointment with the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received from Lowe's Riverhead. On May 17, I purchased an outdoor table with four chairs, and 3 toilets for my house renovation. I set-up delivery for the tables and chairs for Thursday, May 21 and paid for them to be assembled. The store did not have all of the toilets in stock but the delivery date was set for May 26. On May 21, I received a notification that my table and chairs couldn't be delivered and that I need to reschedule. After numerous attempts to reach somebody at the store, I had to call the national customer service number for assistance. They were able to find out that the delivery was cancelled because the stores assembler was not available. The delivery was then rescheduled for Saturday, May 23. On May 23, I received another notification that my delivery needed to be rescheduled. Again, I had to call the national customer service line because no one at the store would answer. The national customer service representative found out the delivery was cancelled because the delivery driver forgot to put on the delivery truck (supposedly). The delivery was rescheduled again for May 26. On May 26, I received a call from Lowe's stating they have my chairs but they no longer had the table in stock and it would be several days at least before it would be available. I asked about the table that was supposed to be delivered on May 23, and he told me that they must have sold it. I inquired about the toilets and he told me they still don't have them in stock with no ETA. At this point I cancelled my order. I'm giving them 1-star because the sales representative, Mary Rose, was excellent with assisting me. Too bad other associates in the store don't have her level of dedication. I'll never use this Lowe's location again.
