    They answer phone and hangup when you are trying to get info about your delivery when AI tells you at 5pm it should have been delivered 1-130pm which is past the time. Then when the phone rings and rings rings and rings i call customer service line and she couldnt get anyone on the phone . MAY 17 2026 I HAVE NEVeR ORDERED AND WILL GO BACK TO HOME Depot after this. It was cheaper but has already cost me money with 2 day delay.

    Terrrible costumer service......took a dayvoff waiting for a delivery....keep checking and they said they are coming running late etc......finally i call at 7 pm to se whats going on and they told me my items were never in the truck.....cancel my order ....order from home depot next day delivery np...never again

    Excellent customer service and good inventory at this store. Selena from customer service went above and beyond to help us with our credit card. We haven't used our card for a while and it seems like company changed credit cards as usual. While online customer service wasted a lot of time and was pretty much useless, Selena was amazing, fast, friendly and super super helpful. I also have to mention Thomas from the appliances department and Bryan from plumbing. Both are great and super nice! Will definizely shop at this store in the future. Thank you!

    ⸻ I purchased siding from Lowe’s and brought a sample of my original siding to ensure the correct match. The store scanned the sample and placed an order for me. After waiting nearly a month due to shipping delays, the item that arrived was incorrect. The delivery driver returned the order to the store, but the item was never scanned back into inventory. Again another 3 weeks pass and have not received my refund. I have called the store six times and spoken with multiple employees, including Phillip, Jenna, and Angela. Although I was assured that I would receive follow-up calls, none were ever made. This order was placed March 20th it is now May 4th!!

    As a lowes pro who spends alot of money with lowes im saddened to give this review but the lowes in Riverhead has repeatedly delivered poor customer service to me. From the guys who brought out my doors to my truck that has my name large on the side still second guessing who I am and needing to see my id before giving me the doors.. Now it was raining so we put the doors in quick and I left. Next day at the job we discovered that one door they have me was mislabeled and clearly a return. Item number did not match what my customer ordered. They had me on the phone on hold for 49 min. I had to use an employee phone to call the store again until I got Phillip on the phone who has poor customer service skills. He also had no idea where the previous person who put me on hold went. Phillip was unapologetic but did say that when I get to the store the door would be ready for me at the return desk. As I entered the store he told me now I needed to push my cart into millwork and do my return down there.. not sure why he told me one thing but another happened when I arrived. Seems very unorganized and I do understand mistakes can happen. But a returned used door not same specs as ordered and then not ready to make it right as he told me.to come down and do an exchange. Acting as if I was at fault for them pulling wring products.
