- ATannelle taylorSep 6, 20264.0The facility itself seems great, clean, well managed and very affordable for NYC. Since storing our things, our communication with management has been GREAT!!! They have been super helpful and accommodating. We did have a near crisis when we arrived on moving day after 6p. I checked all of the communication I got and nowhere was it made clear that we needed to arrive before 6p to be officially checked in and get an elevator code. Thankfully our movers had a code and we were able to figure out a work around until I could speak directly with management the next day and all seems well now. I suggested they make it super clear that a formal check in process is required so one must come in advance or arrive prior to closing at 6p to secure the storage space and all the codes properly. Otherwise yay! So far we are happy with our experience! 🙏😎
