Gave me everything I needed to make my decision on using this facility. As it stands, I'm very pleased with doing business here.

She showed me around and shared some history about the building. I knew I was in the right place immediately; A complete different experience from my other storage units. Rhoan was extremely helpful bringing my stuff up, unloading them with my nephew & organizing it in my storage. Amazing people. I would 100/10 recommend this place.

Tristan and Nakiya were extremely helpful, professional, kind, and informative as we quickly walked in, asked to see the unit sizes, decided on a unit, and finalize a rental within 20 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough. The building is bomb-proof, fire-proof, flood-proof, and very charming. The move-in seems very simple no matter if you have a vehicle or are just bringing boxes by hand. While they are working on updating the elevators, we look forward to much-expanded self-service hours. The police precinct and the fire department are a block away and we feel super secure that our belongings will be safe and secure here. The other options are Uhaul and Self-Storage, which are significantly farther from us, and offer no better service. Ask for Tristan or Nakiya!
