  Amazing turnaround time and service. I bought a second hand wool area rug that was much dirtier than I thought. It was kind of tacky, very dry and stiff feeling. I thought I made a mistake and the rug was shot. CC&U Picked it up, cleaned and conditioned it and now it feels amazing and has been restored to near perfect condition. Very happy with the customer service and quality of service

  When we first called a local company at random, we had no idea we would receive such exceptional service. John is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in carpet care, and his guidance was incredibly helpful. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience a great one. Our carpets looked amazing, and we will absolutely have John return every few months to care for them.

  We are seasonal people and recently had some renovations to our basement. Our furniture and rug needed a good cleaning and Classic did a phenomenal job. John returned my call immediately and got me scheduled for the next day. He is professional and a very nice person. Called the next day to make sure everything dried and the cleaning was to my satisfaction. Classic exceeded my expectations. The furniture and rug are like brand new. Will definitely call John for any future upholstery and carpet cleaning. Very reasonable pricing. Don’t go to anyone but Classic!
