  We went to browse and found Steve. He was patient and answered all my questions. He treated us great even when we walked away without a purchase. Came back a week later and made our purchase. Everyone was respectful and not pushy.

  The young man Mr. Carlos Aponte that I dealt with was not only very professional but extremely attentive especially since he saw I was a bit disabled. Someone I would deal with again if going back to shop at your location!!

  I appreciate the selection offered at Raymour and Flanigan, but more important, is the customer service. Stephen Tucci greeted me as I walked into the store and inquired what I was looking for. He brought me to many items making the selection very easy.

  Jackie was incredible to work with! She was the best sales woman we have worked with in all of Dutchess county by far! She ensured we were informed of every detail and explored all our options before making a decision. Jackie was transparent, knowledgeable, and a burst of great energy (which is hard to find now a days). If we ever need furniture in the future, we know who to call!

  On my visit today to the Poughkeepsie store of Raymour & Flanigan, the staff was courteous, professional, and took care of the exchange of my mattress, with related paperwork, in a very timely manner. Thank you!!!
