  Very disappointed to see Raymour is now selling the same low quality junk as Bob's with just a higher price tag. We spent over 3k on a dining table, 6 chairs and two counter height chairs to match. After delivery, we noticed 6 of the 8 chairs wobbled a lot. Even when placed on the marble countertop. One leg is about a ¼" in the air when the others are all down. My wife called and they said they'd send some to repair them. Brand new chairs and they want to repair them???? I called the store manager and after he said there might be a way to adjust the leg height, he got frustrated with my questions and decided he'd have replacemenrs sent to us. Today, I decided to look under the chairs. I pulled back the cheap looking covers held in with Velcro and low and behold, I'm looking at the same, cheaply assembled, made in Vietnam, garbage joinery that we had on our old Bob's kitchen chairs. One From experience, I can guarantee these screwed on joints will get loose and will need to be tightened up every couple of months. They'll eventually need to be reglued. Buyer beware as there is no returns or refunds per sane manager or I'd send the whole lot back and get something else.

  This place is outrageous. I made two separate purchases from their store and outlet, and both resulted in wrongful charges. One dresser arrived damaged, was sent back, and replaced a week later—yet they charged me for both items and refused to fix it. On another order, the driver refused to place the furniture where I wanted, so I rejected the delivery entirely. They charged me for that returned furniture as well, which ended up damaging my credit. Do not shop here!
