  I had a reselect of furniture because my recliner could not be repaired and I had a warranty. I am a loyal R&F customer. Been shopping there for YEARS. I was very unpleasantly surprised to be charged for delivery of the new recliner. I feel that delivery should be included in the reselect since i have already paid for shipping once for the delivery of the other recliner. On a positive note, Walter was pleasant and helpful.

  We had a great experience at Raymour and Flannigan today and were extremely pleased with our salesman (Bill). We found him to be very knowledgeable about matresses and he took his time to find the right fit and price for us. Seamless and smooth, highly recommend.

  I dealt with Brian London. Excellent salesman that was very helpful yet not pushy at all. He greeted my wife and I with bottles of water and said if you need any help I’m right over here. We walked around and found the sectional we liked best and he set everything up including working with us for the best possible price.

  I had an appointment today with the manager, Walter, regarding replacing chairs that were covered under warranty. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure why an appointment with a manager was needed, but once I understood the process, it made complete sense and was well worth the wait. Walter was absolutely amazing! He was so personable, friendly, and had the best personality. Since my original chairs were no longer in stock, he took his time helping me find the perfect replacements. I also had some very specific requirements because of my fur babies, and he was incredibly patient and helpful in making sure I found chairs that would work for my home. Walter truly made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and it was such a pleasure dealing with him. Thank you, Walter, for all your help and patience! I will definitely be back soon!

  My experience was truly incredible. It is rare to encounter a staff that is so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable while also being professional and never overly aggressive or pushy. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and treated like family. I was greeted by Walter, who immediately made me feel comfortable...he honestly felt like someone who could have been my best friend in a previous life! 😊 Walter took the time to understand what I was looking for and directed me to the perfect recliner, which I ultimately purchased for my father. I was extremely pleased with both the service and the overall experience. I definitely plan on returning to purchase additional pieces for my home, and I will gladly recommend Raymour & Flanigan...and especially Walter...to all of my friends and family. Thank you for such an outstanding experience! BC
