  Jacqui was wonderful in helping us find the right furniture for a finished basement requiring particular size pieces. Had to reschedule the delivery a day before the delivery date at the 11th hour and Jacqui was great with that also. Upon delivery, one of the end tables was scratched. I called the same day for a replacement table and the process was simple.

  We came into the store not expecting to match a great deal from another store. Ivan Hernandez patiently answered all of our cumbersome questions and presented us with excellent options to consider. Ivan impressed us so much, we will definitely be back for our future furniture needs.

  Thank you. I will review once we receive the sectional we ordered over a month ago. Somehow, I was advised the order would be delivered early so when I called to check on the date of delivery, I was advised my order had instead been cancelled. Hence, I'm hoping the remainder of this experience will be positive as the staff is trying to expedite the order without sacrificing the quality. Sincerely, Donna S.

  At the time of purchase, my husband and I were told we were signing up for a payment plan offered by the store. It was never clearly disclosed that we were opening a store credit account. After receiving a card in the mail, I called for clarification. The employee I spoke with insisted it was not a credit card and even claimed that because it doesn't have a chip, it could not possibly be one.. I then confirmed directly with Bread Financial that it is, in fact, a store credit card. When I called back to speak with the manager, he was dismissive and rude. A little acknowledgment or an apology for the confusion would have gone a long way. The continued denial after it was clearly confirmed was just annoying. It really feels like a tactic to trick people into opening store accounts. Because of the misleading information, we decided to close the account and cancel our order as well. The entire experience was unprofessional. We ended up going to the outlet in Brookfield and had a much better experience. They had a wider selection of options and we actually bought a different couch.
