    I stopped here randomly to get wood for a project. The wood was 8 feet long amd wouldnt got in my car. The Employee insisted they don’t cut the wood they sell. Ended up at Home Depot anyway extremely disappointed

    The 4 stars are given for Mayra (Returns Desk) and Jenna (Manager). Those 4 stars ARE NOT for Steve, Operations Manager, Brian (Returns Desk), Jeannette (Customer Service), Amanda Space (Delivery Coordinator), Jason Amaral (Supervisor of Amanda Space), nor the female Customer Service Representative with whom I spoke last night and twice refused to provide her name. After a 3 week nightmare situation with Lowe's (excuses about failed scheduled delivery, no call/no show for rescheduled delivery, return of item and refund processing, numerous calls during which I consistently heard the statement "I'll email so and so and they will get back to you") I was finally able to awaken from the nightmare thanks to Mayra and Jenna. Both ladies were very pleasant and helpful. They resolved my situation kindly, expeditiously and accurately. Thank you ladies! I went to Customer Service with 4 pages of notes from 4/4/26 through 4/20/26. Said notes included dates, times, individual's name, and synopsis of the interaction (phone or in person) I had with that person. Do the same! Although Mayra and Jenna were great, I remain committed to no longer contributing to Lowe's nearly $100 billion annual profit.

    The lovely lady whose name started with a M at the returns desk was wonderful about helping with my question and looking it up for me. I did take one star away due to the lady in the actual Garden area not being very helpful and telling me she was fairly sure it wasn’t a product they carried this time of year without ever looking or asking another associate.

    Wappingers Falls Store, Head Cashier lies and states Managers are in meetings everytime I call. Managers refuse to return phone calls. Very poor service. Had to call several times today to Corporate as well as Store no satisfactory answers, on hold for 20 minutes at a time no answer back. Very poor. Will not patronize the Store in the future it is one of the worst Dtores along with Yorktown Heights that I have done business with. Very Poor, Head Cashier is a Joke and has no rights being in the title she is in. Unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. If lowes Corporate Officers were intelligent Business Men they would reprimand their Managers Ismail, John and Head Cashier and retrain them in proper Business procedures ifbthey even can be after all the damage and Business they lost for that failing Store.

    I’ve bought things here before, but getting help can take longer than it should. After asking for assistance, I’ve had to wait quite a while and sometimes ended up looking for someone else myself. The main issue is that customer service feels inconsistent, and not every employee seems familiar with product locations. The store is fine, but the overall experience could be smoother.
