I had a wonderful experience with Budget Blinds from beginning to end. Shelly was extremely helpful during the sales process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood my options so I could choose the right product for my home. James and Neil handled the installation, and they were both professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, made sure everything was installed properly, and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. It is always refreshing to receive excellent customer service from the initial consultation through the final installation. Thank you, Shelly, James, and Neil, for making the entire experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds!
