- TLTina LongMay 21, 20261.0Not trustworthy. I made a purchase online for the furniture to come in 3 days and I had to play phone tag and make two payments before I actually received it. I hope anyone that takes advantage of the memorial sale receives anything they ordered before they give you the run around and you get your things after the holiday. They are nice people but not very peofessional. I am glad to finally have the bedroom set.
- KKKeishaApr 15, 20234.0I didn't go to this store I was passing by
- IZIsaiah Carter (Nurse Zay)Aug 6, 20211.0This was By Far the worst experience ever. I placed a order payed for it and it was supposed to be delivered between a certain time in which it wasn’t I called and spoke to a lady and got the smart remark “ Your Not our Only Customer” but still wasn’t able to give me any answers on when I would receive my washer and dryer I feel like my time and money wasn’t good enough for them they made me feel as if I was problem. I received a call from delivery at 5:28 saying they will be to me in 20 min I left work which was 11 min drive only to get home to a sorry we missed you tag. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. I was then told I’m order for a refund I would have to come the following day when the manager was there for me to show up the same day and the manager was there ! Bad bad bad Business stay away I’d try Aaron’s in a different area if possible I also now have to get a uhual to pick up my washer and dryer because their driver messed up in which I feel Like it was intentional especially after seeing them Shorty after at the store while I was there never was offered to bring the item back today even though this was 2 hours before closing the only help was the manager their associates are HORRIBLE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Especially Kris and the What ever lady works there

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.
