- AAAmaniOct 9, 20261.0To the woman who was working there on 10/9/26 around 11am, you need to learn what customer service means. I understand that you may not have been able to recommend the specific type of product I needed, but the lack of kindness, effort, and basic courtesy you showed was unacceptable. Although this location is more convenient for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Customer service matters, and this experience was extremely disappointing.

Last time I called on a saturday to ask a simple question about a charge. The girl on the phone says, I don't know what you're talking about and hangs up. I call right back, and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and never picked up.
