I placed an order for exterior doors to be installed June 4, 2026 and it is now July 1, 2026 and I still have not even received a quote let alone have installation scheduled. I’ve called several times and nobody seems to be able to schedule anything. I’m trying to pay for a service but can’t get it done for whatever reason. Horrible service. It’s like Lowe’s doesn’t want to make money.

Went in to buy a refrigerator, cash in hand. Picked out the one we wanted and approached the customer service counter in the appliance section. The first guy told us they could deliver (we are 49 miles away). A second guy came over and said, nope, you have to get a refrigerator out of Potsdam, it's closer, and walked away. Potsdam is 46 miles away. He was rude, unapologetic, and wrong. 3 miles difference, really? Even if the 3 miles was an issue, he could have sold us the fridge and ordered it for us out of the Potsdam store. Ridiculous.
Side note - we went to the other store and they were amazing, and pretty upset that we were treated like that in Plattsburgh. Never again will I go there for anything.

This store used to be great but recently has gone down hill I’ve had so many issues in the past 1 year at this store after I’ve spent so much money as a business here. No one knows what’s really going on and one of the morning managers acts very entitled. I feel so disheartened for the few associates that try their best but are not trained or equipped by senior staff to meet customers needs.

Lowe's garden center is always my go to for healthy plants and garden supplies. I'm giving this visit a 4-star because the store needs to add the second register in the garden center for the season, especially on weekends during planting time. It was a very warm day and there was no shade for those in line.
