  Absolutely phenomenal service, the process was swift, very easy and the employees were very truthful, this is my second time dropping storage and I will definitely keep coming back

  George and Adam went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had, helped me fill out the paperwork and get my unit locked and ready to move in. Good customer service, George and Adam are both helpful and efficient. The place is very clean and well maintained. Reasonable prices, so far.. I hope it stays like this

  Adam G provided outstanding service while assisting me with my specific needs. He is clearly very knowledgeable and well skilled in the position of the business he is managing.   We were helped by Adam G who was so kind and very helpful and honest! First, we made a reservation online for a 10x10 unit and pre-paid for a year, but it unfortunately doesn’t lock in the price since it can increase after six months. We also paid for a lock. Then, we visited the unit in person and Adam made sure our paperwork looked accurate and took us to see our storage unit. He showed us how to ensure we properly lock our unit and answered all our questions about climate control and pest control. He also mentioned this is the only storage unit on Long Island powered by geothermal energy so it’s a green building. The facilities are nice and clean and the building itself is apparently only five years old. We had also toured Public Storage in Melville, but honestly that company was so frustrating to deal with and the facility wasn’t as nice as Storage Post. I’m glad we went with this one instead.

  Terrible customer service and they even loot the things without knowledge of the Customer. Stay away and deal at your own risks.
