  Our experience with Raymour & Flanigan⁠ was outstanding from start to finish! We worked with Steven, and he truly went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. We absolutely love our new couch set, dining room table, and buffet. The quality is amazing, and everything looks beautiful in our home. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. We would highly recommend both Steven and Raymour & Flanigan to anyone looking for great furniture and exceptional customer service!

  We had an issue with a couch we purchased back in 2022. We had purchased the extended warranties on it. Some of the electronics in the couch stopped working and the warranty if it could not be repaired it would be replaced. My wife had called to replace after there was no ability for repair and I was astounded at the service we received. We schedule an appointment we met with Diego and he allowed us and guided us through the process of how to do a return and picked out our new living room furniture. The entire process has been fantastic, and I could not say more about diego. He was knowledgeable, patient, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was certainly a great Furniture shopping experience.

  We purchased a $15,000 bedroom set from Raymour & Flanigan in December 2025. Today is June 2026, and after more than six months, they still have not been able to deliver the complete and correct furniture order. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. First, they delivered a damaged nightstand. Then they delivered the wrong bed size. After that, they delivered the wrong color mirror. We were later told the chest had been damaged and could not be delivered. Then they delivered the wrong railing and footboard. Every time we thought the issue was finally resolved, another mistake was made. For more than six months, we have dealt with endless delays, damaged furniture, wrong parts, missed expectations, and repeated delivery appointments. At this point, this is no longer an honest mistake—it is a complete failure to fulfill a customer's order. What makes this even more frustrating is that we have repeatedly asked for a simple solution: if Raymour & Flanigan cannot provide the correct furniture, let us choose a different bedroom set that is actually in stock and put an end to this nightmare. Instead, we continue to be told to wait another month for one piece, another two months for another piece, and so on. Raymour & Flanigan took our money over six months ago, yet they still cannot deliver what we paid for. No customer spending $15,000 should have to endure this level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and disregard for their time. We are beyond disappointed and exhausted. If you are considering purchasing furniture from Raymour & Flanigan, especially a large and expensive order, learn from our experience and proceed with caution. Six months later, we still do not have the bedroom set we paid for. Completely unacceptable.
