  We have bought many of our furniture pieces from Raymour and Flanigan. We always find the staff to be very professional and helpful and not overly aggressive. And the furniture stands up wonderfully. Plus, there are guarantees hold up.

  The salesman Ray was excellent and anything we could not find in the showroom. He went online and we found exactly what we needed. He made the experience easy and affordable. We thought we were gonna spend more. We were amazed how much it cost for good furniture compare to the cheap stuff we’ve been buying we should’ve been here all along. Everybody was excellent and it’s just beautiful beautiful furniture for the first time in our life. We’re moving into a 55+ we’re gonna have good furniture in A Home.

  Saleswoman Stephanie is great but the company still sells couches made with animals, down feathers should be illegal. If you won't stop selling these products then clearly mark them "made with tortured animals" so consumers can make informed choices

  Tamara was great. She introduced herself when we walked in, asked us a few questions then let us shop without any pressure. She then went through the store with us and showed us what she thought might be a good fit based on what we wanted. Same goes for the mattresses. She asked us a bunch of questions, and she narrowed down our search quickly. We found our mattress in 20 minutes. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, explained the differences in products, and how the delivery process worked. She even followed up with us the next week.
