Every single person I interacted with was wonderful — from the fabulous girls in the office to the absolutely amazing technician who came to my home. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the entire experience so easy. We were having an issue with our Sub-Zero refrigerator, which thankfully was still under warranty. The refrigerator was not getting cold, and Island Wide Appliance was able to get someone out to us super quickly. The technician diagnosed the problem and determined there was an issue with the condenser. He took care of everything, and within just a few hours, I can happily say our Sub-Zero refrigerator is working perfectly again! It’s not often that you receive this level of customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire team at Island Wide Appliance for making a stressful situation so much easier. I would 100% recommend Island Wide Appliance to anyone having an issue with an appliance. They will definitely be the first company I call in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
