  MD at Ozone Park is an amazing representation of Raymour & Flanigan, he cares very much about the client experience and asks very detailed questions about what type of style we were looking for.   The sales person Mr. Jamel Burrowes was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I am a loyal customer to Raymour & Flanagan because of the exceptional customer service that l come to expect and is always delivered. For example , today l picked a color that l felt would not go as well with the other Furniture in my room. I called Mr. Jamel and he made the color change on my purchase so easy. Keep up the great customer service!! I took my friend today and she also made a purchase. I will continue to refer my friends and family to R&f for their exceptional customer service and quality. We love really like your furniture and service !!
