  Mo made our experience at Raymour & Flanigan amazing! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured, and he helped us get a great sale. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free.   Our experience at Raymour Flanigan outlet store on Atlantic was great! The employee Elizabeth Diaz went above and beyond and helped my mother in law find and purchase the right couch for their apartment, and helped my husband and I find the perfect king size mattress for our bedroom. She was very helpful, and gave us all the details and price breakdown for everything. We loved the experience and would definitely come again!

  We initially came in to purchase only a bed frame, but were encouraged by Mr. Shah to also buy a mattress after being told our old mattress would be removed free of charge. We specifically asked if there were any conditions for removal and were given the impression that none applied. Our mattress was in good condition with only minor stains, yet the delivery team later declined to remove it. As a result, we had to pay out of pocket to have it removed from our fourth-floor walk-up. When we raised the issue afterward, Mr. Shah said he does not remember whether he provided the correct information. I believe we were not given fully accurate information at the time of purchase, which affected our decision. The delivery team was professional and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances, and this issue was not their fault.
