  I am very disappointed with my experience. First, the adjustable bed I received arrived with a dirty mattress. When I contacted the store and asked whether I would receive a replacement mattress, I was told to simply clean it myself and that I would receive a gift card. Now, after only having the bed for about one year and two months, the adjustable base has stopped working. I recently contacted the Orchard Park location and was told they could not assist me because their system had been updated. I was given another phone number to call, and the representative there stated that the store should still be able to provide me with my original receipt. When I contacted the Orchard Park location again, I was hung up on, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I then contacted the Jamestown location and spoke with a very kind and helpful woman who listened to my concerns, validated my frustration, and said she would send me a copy of my original receipt. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. However, I still believe this bed should be covered or replaced. An adjustable bed should last much longer than one year and two months, and considering the condition it arrived in, I am concerned that it may have been damaged or defective from the beginning. I am hoping the company will review this situation and provide a fair resolution.

  I haven't purchased in new mattress in 40+ years. My how times have changed. The store was handicapped accessible. I was greeted by the sales staff and immediately assisted in making my selection. I had ample opportunity to test out three mattresses. I made my decision. I was able to finance the purchase for 12 months at 0%. We set a delivery date, reviewed the terms and the warranty, They agreed to pick up and dispose of the old mattress and "place" the new mattress. I walked out smiling! Thank you!

  The chairs are nice, the delivery was prompt and courteous. The payment was TERRIBLE, I spent 2 days, tried 2 different cards and finally had to drive 45 minutes to the store for a 20 second transaction. Really! R & F you can't do any better than this?????
