- HHHeather HoffmanSep 21, 20265.0The lady who sold me the gift card was really friendly and helpful.
- LLLizSep 16, 20261.0My husband and I entered the store knowing exactly what we wanted. The salesman who approached us accompanied us to the items we wanted to see first. They had nothing in stock in the color we wanted, so we looked at their online inventory to find an option that worked. I asked if they had something in the store with similar dimensions so we could see if it would work for us. He said, "I'm sure we do," but he didn't show us anything. We had questions but he disappeared. When we found him, we asked for another item of interest. He showed us an option that he said was gray, but I told him, "That's brown, not gray!" He tried to proved me wrong by looking at the tag, but it was taupe. We had more questions, but he disappeared again. We finally settled on the two items we had picked out: dressers. They arrived and the drawers were way smaller than we expected. A better salesman could have sold us more expensive pieces that would have worked for us, along with a tv stand that we wanted, but he didn't seem interested at all. We found our recliners at Bear Mountain Furniture, our tv stand and curio at Wayfair and a dining set at another local furniture store! R&F could have made all those sales with a more interested salesman!
