I told her ideally I needed 2 dressers and what kind of mattress I'd want. She found me a beautiful 7 piece set that fits perfectly in our home! During the paperwork, I was a little scattered and in a rush. Julie was so understanding and super professional with my craziness. She got us all set up at a killer price with our payments and delivery. The guys who did the install were very kind as well. They answered all our questions. They were very friendly and kind to my 2 yr who wouldnt stay out of the way. Then to my surprise I got a follow up call asking how it all went and making sure the installation went smoothly! The customer service is seriously amazing at Aaron's. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! If you are thinking about renting and are unsure, seriously just call and ask for Julie.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
