    I was picking up a door dash delivery for the first time from lowes. I told the lady at the first desk that I was here for a door dash, she said in a very low voice "you need to go around to pick up" I said around where ? I looked up and the sign clearly said pick up right where we were. She then just nodded her head to go around the corner, which looked like an area where customers should not be allowed. She did not offer any assistance what so ever and just kept nodding her head to go in that direction. Only when I reread the door dash instructions did it say I would need to go to a locker to find the item.. she should have walked me over to the lockers and asked for my code or at least showed me what to do. She was not personable and on her phone or maybe her lowes device. These workers need more training on personalism. And maybe even to be educated on the department they are working in, customers have questions and as the associate in the area, they should have the answer.

    I was at Lowes in Ogdensburg to with my wife to return a light that we had purchased in august online but only picked it up in oct that had a broken globe. We had asked the cashier at the return desk if we could return thier broken one and get a new one off the shelf but she advised us that because we were outside of the 90 day return policy that she could not do the exchange. My wife requested to speak to a manager about this so she called Pete to come out. We were also there to purchase another differant light that we had bought at the same time as the broken one so I was out to get that one when my wife called me back to the front to explain the situation about the broken light. My wife had explained to Pete that we bought the items online as we were building a new house and only picked them up when we were able to cross over to get them which was oct 3rd. Pete seemed very sarcastic to us as my wife mentioned that we are canadian and had purchesed several items at the store for our new house. Pete continued to sau there was nothing he could do because of the 90 day policy. we are outside the policy by 1 day. This situation really left a bad feeling to us and ruined our shopping trip to walmart as well as we decided to leave there without purchasing anything. This was the first time that we had felt so insulted in a trip that we have made to your store several times as well as other stores in the area. we hope to return back in the future but will be careful with anymore purchases we make.
