  Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Mike at Storage Post absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer every question, explained all of my options without any pressure, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this location apart is Mike. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to customer service are second to none. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. If you’re looking for storage and want to deal with someone who goes above and beyond, ask for Mike. He turned a simple storage rental into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!
