Clean store and parking area. We asked for some assistance in tracking down a display item. Asked the front clerk who couldn't help us. Finally found a 3rd associate to help us out, who was amazing. Bravo to him!

I went to Lowe's yesterday to buy a riding lawn mower. The lawn mower was advertised at $100 off. I spoke to an associate and went to pay for my lawn mower. He told me that there was a special financing rate 0% for 36 months. I thought 0% sounded like a good deal so I agreed. I discovered that if I was late for payment the entire balance would now be recalculated at a 31% interest rate. I put aside my concerns and applied for the credit card. It was approved but the whole transaction was taking a long time. So rather than wait I decided that I would just pay and take the $100 discount. I was told that I could not get the $100 discount unless used the Lowe's credit card. This made no sense to me, and said so. I decided to do neither of those things and left the store. I expressed my displeasure, without raising my voice, at the entire process. The manager decided to get involved by saying have a nice day, multiple times, in a most condescending voice. I always thought that managers look to deescalate conflict rather than escalate it. That is either not how Lowes trains Managers, or more likely, it is the style of that manager to be dismissive and condescending. In either case I will not be returning there. Neither a 31% interest rate nor the attitude of management seemed very welcoming. I can find similar deals and more welcoming attitudes elsewhere. I purchased the same John Deere mower, at the same price and with free delivery, at Home Depot.

First and foremost I want to recognize the delivery driver who came to my house today, I believe his name is Dale (?) on 4/25/26 I was Livid before he arrived and now all I want to do is ensure he is recognized properly. He was a kind, calm and dropped pallets like a Pro in less than ideal conditions. Now ... Outside of that .... I'm going to do Everything I can to order from Any other store but this one. The amount of drama and time lost with not a single manager knowing what's going on or taking responsibility is not something I will continue to entertain. Buying pallets worth of products to have my time and days off wasted with deliveries promised all day that never show up only to find out it was well known they wouldn't be coming and proceeding to lie about why it did not (as I found out later) I'm dropping the issue so Dale gets no blow back but I'm for certain going to avoid this location at All cost despite his amazing work. Amazing employee, terrible location in every other facet of the store

Just watched a video about Lowe's selling moldy lumber and refusing to get the good stuff down so a customer didnt have to buy the moldy stuff. Apparently Lowe's refused. Also, why is it such a problem (For every Lowe's store Ive ever been in) to post prices on lumber. This kinda seals the deal for me. I made done shopping at Lowe's and will go to HD from now on. Hell, even Menards (bottom of the barrel) sells better lumber. This video has gone viral!
