The manager Judd has always gone above & beyond to be helpful & I often see him going around monitoring the site for any possible issues - picking up any trash that people may have inadvertently dropped to keep the place in tiptop shape. They truly have great customer service and the place feels clean and safe.

The facility is always clean and sanitary and the store manager Judson is amazing!! He is always so helpful and informative and makes every experience or interaction with him truly enjoyable. He is one of the main reasons I am staying at this current facility rather than moving to a storage facility that is closer or more convenient. He makes the experience less stressful and is genuinely a true asset to Extra Space Storage!!
