  We had a great experience shopping for our Dads new place. Charlie was very knowledgeable about the dimensions and layout of our Dads assisted living apartment and was able to get us what we needed within an hour or so. One more thing to check off our to do list!

  I bought a couch there in February and already had an issue. They told me to call and text a number. I did that, 3 times, also sent a message on their website reporting an issue with the couch and filed a complaint with the chatbot service and so far have received ZERO customer support. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

  I went to Raymour & Flanagan to look at mattresses. Darnell Holloway was my Furniture & Sleep Consultant. He showed me several mattresses. Provide much information, was patient and professional. Very good experience. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience purchasing my new mattress at the Niskayuna Raymour and Flanigan Store. Charles our sales specialist was wonderful. Very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. Once I had found the mattress i wanted Charlie took care of making sure that I had the information for purchasing the Mattress protection plan. Everything is taken care of by Charlie and I am having the mattress delivered tomorrow. I cant say enough about the ease of the sales process and how much Charlie made everything so easy to make this important, expensive purchase. Raymour and Flanigan are fortunate to have Charles Manzella as a sales specialist. I highly recommend purchasing your next piece of furniture at this location.
