JULEE IS INCREDIBLE!!!! The second I walked in I felt her calming presence, and she was such an absolute pleasure to engage with. Who knew renting a storage unit could actually be enjoyable? 😂
I needed a unit for a short time while I moved classrooms to a new school, and Julee made the entire process ridiculously easy. I think I spent more time deciding what to keep than I did actually renting the unit. She had me in, out, and on my way in no time.
The real MVP moment? I casually mentioned I was having an issue with my Extra Space Storage account in White Plains, NY. The people at that location couldn't (or wouldn't) help me. Julee said, "Let's take a look." Less than 10 minutes later... problem solved. Just like that.
Someone needs to clone Julee and send one to every Extra Space Storage location. Great customer service is rare these days, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thanks again for making one less thing stressful during a chaotic classroom move!
