  I have a Lowe's protection plan on my fridge. The icemaker went and a service provider came two months ago, did a temporary fix and ordered a part saying he'd be back. He stood us up twice and the provider does not answer their phone or return calls. I am beyond angry, having wasted two days waiting for them. Lowe's keeps telling me the same thing that i'll receive a call in two days. BS. Why did I buy this plan?

  This location used to stand out for its customer service…unfortunately they don’t seem to practice it at all anymore. It’s all self serve with the current corporate attitude…you are on your own and them check yourself out.

  Wont spend another dime here. Ordered a JD zero turn lawnmower. Website and cashier indicated they had a dozen available for delivery. Paid for it and set a delivery date for a week later. late at night the day before scheduled delivery, the deliver date was pushed out by Lowes until the next week. Received email and text the night before that mower would be delivered between 8am and 12noon the next day. again took the day off from work for delivery only to have an email sent at 7:45 am the morning of delivery to say unable to deliver. implying someone wasnt available to receive. saw that email at 9:40am . called store no answer, called 800# to be told the store had 2 for delivery and they would look into it, Waiting approx an hour on hold to be told as I waited that 2 in stock turned to zero and that I can keep order and wait until the spring for new ones to be delivered. Then they wanted to cancel order and provide me a lowes voucher for the 4K price of the mower to be used only in store. Their inventory system in corporate is diff from inventory numbers in store and they cannot track the truck that took delivery of the mower a week ago despite every large shipper including lowes has GPS on their trucks. So I wasted two work days plus almost two hours on the phone to be told we have zero idea where it is and we will cancel. sales are now over and cost of mower including associated tax is now $600 more elsewhere. I will never spend that kind of money at lowes ever again. Trash inventory systems, trash store mgmt, trash customer service. Garbage all around, I knew I shouldnt have gone there. I spoke to corporate customer support multiple times and the Newburgh store. Was told this week that Mower was never ordered. So was it on a truck for 3 weeks or was it never ordered? a week later I am told they have received it and it will be delivered on Oct 2nd, received email on Oct 1st confirming delivery for the 2nd. and lo and behold 45 minutes before delivery window, the delivery is again cancelled and then rescheduled. so day 3 taken off to wait for a delivery that may never come. Went to store where I actually placed my purchase and the Manager Jesus said in his annoyed tone that there was nothing he could do and walked away. am currently on hold with corporate customer service for the 5th time. still no resolution other than a new delivery day and a 4th day I am expected to be home to sign for a delivery that will likely never be made.

  Staff is absolutely obnoxious. I needed help at the Tool’s area because I needed a laser mesure. If you been to this place you’ll see that the all the lasers are locked by some transparent doors and you need a special key in order to get what you need. As a labor guy, everyone knows that we are always rushing and going back and forth to our job sites. Well, it was my case today and I asked not one, but two time for someone to help me get the laser. The first time a guy told me “We will be right with you in a second”. I waited like 10 min looking around other tools and then I went to this young cashier full of makeup in the face and I told her I needed help by the tools area. She grabbed like a phone or something they use in this store to find prices and all that and she said “We will send some with you”. I went back to the tool area, waited another 10 min, I got desperate because I had to leave and I had to pull the door a little bit and try to grab the laser box hoping it didn’t fell.. Luckily I was able to get the laser by myself and when I went to the self checkout, these two useless individuals were standing there like nothing. Not an apology, not an excuse, just standing there like I never asked for help.
