  Ruffalo’s Appliance in Newark, New York has been a wonderful place for us to find our appliances. They are always on hand to service and we’re very kind and very speedy and installing our latest Ruffalo appliance a Bosch Microwave.

  I highly recommend Ruffalo’s appliance and repair. Their professionalism is second to none. Zeus diagnosed and repaired our kitchen stove. He Is to be commended for his outstanding work! Zeus got the job done in a timely and thorough manner. He was knowledgeable, personable, and followed through with care. It is refreshing to see such a strong work ethic! Well done, Zeus!

  We were extremely pleased with Dana Huyge, his knowledge and representation of Ruffalo when we came in on a Saturday in August to check out washing machines. We almost never buy on our first time evaluating purchases. But Dana offered Speed Queen in such an exceptional, compelling presentation that we did buy it that morning! Now it has been delivered and installed by Justin and Lee (please forgive me for possible spelling errors) in a timely, friendly, professional manner.   Justin and Ethan delivered our new freezer today. They were on time, courteous and efficient. They showed great care to handle the new freezer plus position exactly as we wanted. When they were done they picked up everything ( including trash)and took it away. This is service as it should be! Thank you!!!

  Tech was excellent. I had a straightforward job to replace control boards on my dishwasher but the appliance issue was not that easy. He did not give up and made sure it was perfect before he left. I am very grateful for his hard work.
