  So you REALLY want to know how my move went? The good news is Shaday Harris is a very good representative. She was helpful, courteous, and explained things well. Now as to the move — No advance notice to tenants. How concerning Storage Post is regarding the folks using this facility. The freight elevator being out of tenant use for some time is also a negative. And now, with a second freight elevator going in, there are more trucks blocking access to the loading dock. And that freight elevator access point is not helpful for load-indð How very nice to have carpet in what was the office. Not needed. It is only for show. Realizing that Storage Post is upgrading its facility that upgrade has come at a heavy cost to the tenants already in place.. The only method of gaining access to units is with the passenger elevator. That elevator is awkwardly situated and access with packages, hand trucks, or flatbed devices is extremely difficult. The inner gate closes rapidly and trying to hold it and the outer door open while loading in is tedious. The work on what I assume to be air conditioning does not give me hope of easier access anytime soon. Tenants I have talked with over my visits have confirmed the situation is upsetting. Some are leaving because of the inconvenience, And with all the work continuing tenants will not be happy. So in the future I expect more interruptions, inconvenience, and, most likely, rising costs per units. So tenants may consider, other facilities with better access hours, even though they may be further away. The Extra Space lawsuit will have tenants watching.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Storage Post Upper West Side. The move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me, even helping with loading my belongings. The storage unit was exactly as described, clean and ready when I arrived. It’s always nice when a company delivers exactly what they promise. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Upper West Side.
