The staff was very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me, even helping with loading my belongings. The storage unit was exactly as described, clean and ready when I arrived. It’s always nice when a company delivers exactly what they promise. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Upper West Side.

On the first day we tried to move in there was a contractor substitute staffer there as the office was closed for renovations (we went during office hours) and they could not do the process to verify us. For the second time we tried to move in the elevator was out of service in the middle of the day. Again a contractor could not help. We were not going to carry heavy storage items up multiple flights of stairs and we had movers paid by the hour waiting until the elevators were operational again - so this delay cost us about an additional 50 bucks. We did use a handy virtual video call kiosk to finally finalize our paperwork and access code issues. But the ONSITE situation is pretty darn chaotic right now. However the units are clean and the staff is nice and. Special shout out to O who really stepped up to help us get into the unit and show us the ropes. He was GREAT. But honestly - perhaps an email at least to tenants to give them heads up around such construction plans?
