  The so called supervisor lady was beyond very rude hostile and miserable unprofessional don’t stay in such a place I should of listen to the bad reviews and the warning a tenant was giving me spills leakage no light disgusting storage don’t book

  If i could rate this place with negative stars i would, DO NOT RENT a unit at the 444 E 10th St location. The on-site store manager ("Nikki") is combative, unprofessional, and creates severe operational liabilities for tenants. The manager refused to help me, made baseless threats of "loitering" and "trespassing" against a paying customer conducting regular tenant business, and manually disabled my electronic access code to block me from my lockers. Her refusal of service and hostile conduct forced an emergency 911 dispatch for an NYPD civil standby just to compel basic access to my leased property. Immediately after being forced by police to accept that i’m allowed to retrieve my belongings. This facility manager will waste your time and withhold your personal property out of personal spite. Take your business to U-Haul or Manhattan Mini Storage instead.

  I have been a customer for 2 years with them and in 2 years my union has gotten flooded three times. I have been moved twice at no extra cost and the third time they wanted to charge me $350.when I was paying $120 a month. They told me to contact Christina mola and I've been contacting her for over a month and a half to fix this situation. She is not reliable. She does not return calls or text. She sends messages with other people saying that they would still have to charge me more than what I was paying for. Something that I had no control over.a lot of my belongings have gotten damaged in all three floodings. How can they make this better for me at this point? I'm tired. I need answers someone Please help me get the proper service that is do to me as a customer that has never missed a payment.because apparently Christina mola is not.
