    Never buy furniture from Lazzoni! Very disappointing after-sales experience with LAZZONI Chelsea. When we were purchasing, the team was very responsive and eager to help. However, once after-sales problems happened, the communication became extremely poor and they were very slow to respond. We placed a large furniture order and paid in full on March 4, 2026. We made it clear from the beginning that the furniture was urgently needed. After waiting almost four months, the beds were delivered in the wrong size due to a manufacturing error. The temporary bed frame provided was poor quality and damaged our mattress. I followed up multiple times with John Inceler from operations, but the written follow-up has been slow and incomplete. The proposed solution was to wait another 6–10 weeks for replacement beds, which would make the total wait close to half a year. Several issues are still not properly resolved, including the closet timeline, mattress damage, bar stool height issue, and compensation. For such a large order, the after-sales service and communication have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from this location, especially if you need reliable delivery, clear timelines, or responsive support after payment.

    Terrible. Store attendant gave me wrong information about the delivery process and it caused huge issues on the day of, like they don’t have proper training and don’t know what they’re talking about. Furniture took two months to be delivered, came damaged, then two more months to be replaced. No one cares, no one goes out of their way, even if there were errors on the store side. You are better off shopping at Ikea! Also recommend West Elm instead, their service is top tier.

    Very impressed with the customer service, ease of ordering, sticking to delivery windows, delivery and set up, the whole thing. The pieces themselves (sofa, mattress, platform bed, and more) are high quality and fairly priced. Highly recommend Room & Board NYC.

    Went 3/8. Was in the store for about 45 minutes, tried multiple couches, looked at patterns, etc.. My partner and I were ready to buy a couch, but not a single sales associate even looked at us. When we tried to ask for help they avoided eye contact with us. I don’t know if it’s because we’re an interracial couple because everyone else in the store was being helped. The couches were lovely but the in-store experience was terrible.
