  We had such a great experience purchasing our Mah Jong sofa, chair, and dining table from Roche Bobois. The Mah Jong is truly iconic. The design is beautiful, modular, incredibly comfortable, and has completely transformed our living space. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. What really made the experience stand out was the team at the 950 3rd ave location. Everyone was incredibly attentive and genuinely helpful. From helping us choose the right pieces and layout to coordinating everything through delivery, they made the entire process feel easy and seamless. You can tell they really care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. We couldn’t be happier with both our furniture and the experience.

  We have the worst shopping experience by this store. Their supposed to ‘customer service’ person Keeno created a horrible experience for us. We specifically asked not to have a white light and he keeps ignoring the fact and don’t provide any solution. This doesn’t feel like a Roche Bobois quality place

  I purchased an Ovni coffee table from the upper east side store in 2024. After less than 2 years, the glass top shattered in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep. There was only about 10-15 pounds of decoration on the table. When I contacted the showroom for support they told me it’s my fault and said a replacement glass top would cost over $1000. The after sales support is non existent and the store manager is ignoring all emails. For a high end chain to abandon their clients after the sale is done is completely unacceptable. Don’t shop with this brand if you expect your $4000 coffee table to last more than 2 years or expect any kind of after sales support. 12/30/25 update - after the store team completely ignored my issues, I escalated this to the regional manager and cced the global CEO which finally got me a proper reply (this should not be the standard for a luxury brand). It took another 2 months but I finally got the replacement glass top after about 6 months of trying to get this issue resolved. I hope Roche Bobois invest more in training their store and support teams to handle after sales issues better in the future
