  I own a $10,000 sofa from this company and they have the audacity to tell me they provide no post-sale services like cleaning or refinishing. Terrible company with terrible service.

  This well know furniture store is my wife I favorite store. Prices are $$, however, if you can afford to shop here, I doubt you'll be disappointed. I've shopped at this store for many years. Sales people are professionals and know how to loosen up your wallet. The sales people are honest and follow the companies policies. This company doesn't give additional discounts, only what's shown. We do compare there furniture with other , better brands. There competitively priced. Be prepared to wait 5 to 8 months on what you order. Covid has turned all furniture retailers upside down. Don't forget to ask for Perier water and chocolates while shopping 😋.

  I have very bad experience here! In Beijing and Boston I bought a lot of furnitures and arts. I have never met such bad services but in this store which is terrible! When I bought the art which in show room. It was well organized. Nobody tell me I need to put all pieces together by myself. I think I will buy a same one. So I decided to pick up by myself. When the art was ready, I drove four hours from Boston to New York. I found I needed to put all pieces together by myself. I asked them to put together before I pick up. They said no because no warranty if I carry it after a well done art. Then I have no choice but pay another usd600 for them to sending to my house in Boston, the fees included installation fees. I reminded Ms Lea Liu by email many times to make sure the art to be sent during my stay in BOSTON, but failed in October! And I reminded Ms liu again my next staying in Boston, they still failed with many excuses! Then I have to change my air ticket to wait another four days to waiting people coming to install the art! It is a worst experience of buying an art in New York store! And nobody apologized and no any compensation!! I will never buy any pieces in New York store! Bad! Worse, the worst!

  My husband and I worked with Jessie Tournade, a young dynamic French woman who clearly takes pride in what she does. She is knowledgable in the world of decoration, effective and precise. She follows through and is pleasand and fun to work with! It has been a real pleasure working with her!
