  Never buy furniture from Lazzoni！ Very disappointing after-sales experience with LAZZONI Chelsea. When we were purchasing, the team was very responsive and eager to help. However, once after-sales problems happened, the communication became extremely poor and they were very slow to respond. We placed a large furniture order and paid in full on March 4, 2026. We made it clear from the beginning that the furniture was urgently needed. After waiting almost four months, the beds were delivered in the wrong size due to a manufacturing error. The temporary bed frame provided was poor quality and damaged our mattress. I followed up multiple times with John Inceler from operations, but the written follow-up has been slow and incomplete. The proposed solution was to wait another 6–10 weeks for replacement beds, which would make the total wait close to half a year. Several issues are still not properly resolved, including the closet timeline, mattress damage, bar stool height issue, and compensation. For such a large order, the after-sales service and communication have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from this location, especially if you need reliable delivery, clear timelines, or responsive support after payment.

  I own a $10,000 sofa from this company and they have the audacity to tell me they provide no post-sale services like cleaning or refinishing. Terrible company with terrible service.

  I have very bad experience here! In Beijing and Boston I bought a lot of furnitures and arts. I have never met such bad services but in this store which is terrible! When I bought the art which in show room. It was well organized. Nobody tell me I need to put all pieces together by myself. I think I will buy a same one. So I decided to pick up by myself. When the art was ready, I drove four hours from Boston to New York. I found I needed to put all pieces together by myself. I asked them to put together before I pick up. They said no because no warranty if I carry it after a well done art. Then I have no choice but pay another usd600 for them to sending to my house in Boston, the fees included installation fees. I reminded Ms Lea Liu by email many times to make sure the art to be sent during my stay in BOSTON, but failed in October! And I reminded Ms liu again my next staying in Boston, they still failed with many excuses! Then I have to change my air ticket to wait another four days to waiting people coming to install the art! It is a worst experience of buying an art in New York store! And nobody apologized and no any compensation!! I will never buy any pieces in New York store! Bad! Worse, the worst!
