  Really disappointed in customer service here about a decade ago. I spent over $150,000 in furniture. I recently moved and contacted them for a Design appointment to buy new furniture again. I got shuttled around speaking to four different people for 30 minutes to an hour at a time telling them my wife and I want an appointment as soon as possible and they have yet to respond or schedule anything. It’s been over a week now and it’s just excuse after excuse. Not sure how they can justify being a premium brand with this kind of customer service.

  One of the single worst retail experiences I've had full stop. I ordered several furniture items (totaling over $25,000) and every single item in the order was damaged and/or delayed. The response from the gallery and customer care teams was abysmal. An absolute nightmare from start to finish.

  Literally, just paying for the experience server.Hardly refilled our drinks. Food was not all that, but definitely overpriced.You will pay for the experience.And that is, it servers barely checked on us

  Great experience at this store with my associate Keng Leong. He is patient, attentive, and informative. Explained everything and made my furniture shopping experience wonderful. He is an absolute asset to the store and company.
