  The customer service was very nice and very patient. I ask questions it was answered. It took a while for me to decide on the item I wanted because Raymour has a large variety on Furniture to choose from. Representative was kind and thoughtful. Thank you for the support. I will shop again

  Had an amazing experience at the Harlem showroom. A gentleman by the name of Gabriel received me with open arms and a warm welcome. I had a negative experience 4 months prior at the same location was brushed off because there was no Spanish speaking representative at the time. Had a bad taste in my mouth went to Harlem Furniture spent 4 grand there but forgot to order a mattress. Was just in to look got the customer service I deserve and purchased the mattress from Gabriel thanks to him I will be back because I really like this store.

  I purchased the Lana 4-pc. Bedroom Set the bed is unbalanced and the wooden planks made to hold the mattress up are cheap and flimsy and not even touching the ground. I reached out immediately after delivery about my concern to which I was told someone would be getting back to me within 72 hours. I requested an exchange for the damaged bedframe to which they told me that my warranty would allow for a technician to come out and fix it. Mind you I hadn’t even had the bed 24 hours not even an hour and you’re telling me you want to send somebody to fix it when I didn’t even break it. Well, I waited the 72 hours and no one ever reached out so buyer beware if they deliver damaged goods to your home. They will not fix it and they will ignore all forms of communication from you.

  Gabriel was our salesman We had a wonderful experience! The salesperson was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped my mom find the perfect sofa. Both my mom and I are very satisfied with the service we received. We truly appreciate his honesty, friendliness, and excellent customer service. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great furniture shopping experience. Thank you!

  Gabriel Terneus was such a great help with my purchases today he answered every single question . He didn't show me and my fiance 1 item he showed us multiple which took over an hour Gabriel had lots of patiences with us even if the question we asked was the same , we are very satisfied with our purchase today thanks to Gabriel . Will be visiting raymour & Flanagan again .
