  The salesman, Robert, was extremely helpful by showing me mattresses that addressed my needs. He was full of useful information on the characteristics each mattress had. This info was instrumental in making my decision. I'm very pleased with my experience there, with Robert and with the mattress I bought.

  I hate giving a business a bad review, but I ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. It did not arrive. I spoke with someone who said the order had been canceled due to a glitch in their system between the store and the delivery company, and that someone would call me to make arrangements and make it right. Two days later, I had not heard anything, so I called the store. The manager said he was sorry and that it couldn't be delivered for several weeks. They didn't offer any discount or make-good, and I needed the sofa quickly, so I canceled the order. It's unfortunate, as the salesperson was very good. It's not okay that no one called about the canceled delivery and no one returned my calls, especially since I'd already paid for the furniture in full.

  I Came to the Raymour and Flanigan, Garden City, NY store for a customer service issue. Everything was quickly resolved to my satisfaction by Frank Land and he was very helpfull and polite. Thank you Frank for your professionalism.

  I fell into a difficult problems with my account In purchasing an article from this establishment no fault of this company. The salesman was quite patient with me and my goddaughter until every detail was worked out. I’ve been through similar situation and both times Raymour and Flanagan were very cordial especially their salesman. 🙌🙏🏼👍👍💕

  We purchased a sofa bed told it came with foam mattress our invoice said foam mattress we received a spring mattress . When we called to have it replaced sales person said he didn't recall what he said and our invoice was incorrect and he would not be able to make that exchange. So what they tell you and put in writing does not seem to matter. We like the couch but the reason for it was to offer a comfortable place when family visits. It's an awful spring mattress.
