I have told your sales team that I am available every day 2-4pm. But your delivery email said that the delivery was scheduled to 8-10am! I called your office and tried to reschedule, the lady who answered the phone said she does not know how to help!

Steven made what usually is a stressful decision incredibly easy. He patiently walked me through a wide variety of sofa options, never rushed me and gave me the time i needed to make the right choice. His professionalism, patience and help even after my purchase showed that he truly cares about his customers. Outstanding service-i highly recommend asking for Steven!!!!😊

We had to approach a sales associate rather than someone asking us if we could be helped. And, although the sales associate seemed to think our request to forego the delivery fee was somewhat reasonable, his manager did not and presented us with a discount instead. Considerate, but $60 shy of what had been requested. Still deciding if the item is worth the price, particularly now that I see i can buy similar products at Amazon.

The experience was Mid. I went to Midtown because it was closer to my home. Overall I had already done my research and explained that I more or less new exactly what I wanted but I was taken through a tour of their highest end products. Yes I understand that they are sales people but they should listen to the customer. An experience that should have been pleasant became a job and very much unpleasant. I only subjected myself to the store because I assumed that I would get better service and once again it is closer to my home since I live in MIDTOWN. Last but not least the Spanish Gentleman behind the finance counter needs a customer service course. He was rude and unapproachable. Yes he isn't a sales person but he is part of the process and should have better energy. Overall they are lucky that I love my husband and wanted the gift more than I liked them. I'm hoping the product is better than the staff. No worries the uptight white men weren't any better. Our guy Elias meant well but next time he should listen but hey at least he was welcomed to help us. I probably wouldn't go back and that is sad because it is within my neighborhood. I'll keep you posted if the product isn't any better but after spending $2100 on a chair I hope it is......

I purchased a $6,000 mattress just two weeks ago at the Raymour & Flanigan in Philadelphia while I was on vacation. The mattress is causing significant back and shoulder pain. I called the store in Manhattan hoping to speak with someone knowledgeable who could help me find a softer, more appropriate fit. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. The woman who answered the phone refused to help, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and told me to “call the Philadelphia store” to deal with it. I explained that I simply wanted to come in, try alternatives, and identify the right mattress for an exchange — even if I had to wait out the 30‑day period. She still refused. She claimed the manager was listening on speaker and that this unhelpful response came directly from him. That is shocking. I spent $6,000 here, and the message I received was: “We don’t care.” No willingness to help. No interest in customer satisfaction. No basic sales skills. No empathy for a customers physical pain due to a wrongful recommendation from the first place. Just a flat refusal to assist a customer in pain who is trying to work within their policies. They don't care because the commission goes to the store in Philadelphia. Very shortsighted, as I might upgrade my mattress and pay a premium. This is unacceptable service for any store.
