The fantastic associate that assisted me was thoughtful, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Quentin helped me pick a model that matched the specific size and style that I wanted. My mattress was delivered yesterday (also an incredibly quick and efficient process), and although it has only had one night of use, I think that I may have gotten the Goldilocks of mattresses!!
- PPPirateYogaApr 24, 20261.0Terrible customer service, was told I could exchange when purchasing the mattress after 30 days, then called to check in at 20 days to double check the offer, they said I could exchange, then called a second time and they said I had to buy a mattress cover (was not informed at purchase or fist call) to get the offer, even though I had purchased a mattress cover off Amazon prior to buying the mattress Unbelievably poor communication, order from Costco instead, which offers returns on mattresses, like a sane business. Probably better quality mattresses too. One I got sucks
