  Shawn returned my call within 15 minutes! I will be having service for ants during peak season - April through September. In the meantime, the prices are very fair so if I need emergency treatment - Positive Pest is my go to. While I called about ants, this is a full service company which calms me down tremendously. This is not a "factory" company.

  Service was fantastic! From salesperson to scheduling to execution everyone involved was super congenial and extremely helpful. Benny arrived early letting me know he was able to come earlier than scheduled (which you know in Manhattan is unusual). He was so thorough from start to finish, getting hinges and runners of all cabinets and drawers to the perimeter of the floor space using at least five different agents to eradicate our problem! He sealed up any openings around pipes behind appliances and ends of the baseboard heaters also explaining what I have to do to finish creating a barrier to seal these unwanted guests OUT! Any spaces in door closures need the foam tape and/or door sweep to complete this barrier! This is the man you want to help you to get rid of all points of entry! I am confident these pests will be gone shortly! Ten stars out of five!!!!! Thank you to Positive Pest Mgmt and Benny!

  fantastic experience. he explained everything that he was doing and gave us incredible advice for pest prevention in the future. super personable and nice, gave us travel recommendations as well while he was sealing up the entry points!

  Incredible service! So so friendly and funny! Explained everything he was doing, gave directions of everything to do after he left. Was personable and made us comfortable and felt like I truly understood what was happening and what was needed! Would use again in heartbeat if needed!!!!

  When I discovered that I had a bed bug situation in my mother‘s apartment, I wanted to get someone in to treat it as soon as possible. Thankfully, Positive Pest Management was available to come take care of the issue on Sunday! What a relief! When the technician arrived, he was quickly able to diagnose the areas in the apartment that needed to be treated. He was efficient, and thorough and told me exactly what I needed to do on my end (throwing pillows in the dryer, washing slipcovers, etc). He was very professional and I felt confident that the problem was being fully taken care of. I will definitely have them back the next time I need exterminator help.
