- JYJames YatesApr 28, 20264.0Over the phone, I was told. the price for a new key keeper was $295. What I wasn't told was that there would be an additional charge for labor at several hundred dollars/hour. At first the labor charge was $700. Although I was surprised, I paid the full billl, over $1000. (the repairman showed up at 11am when the appt was for 1pm..I wasn't there until 1pm, the appt. time. . I complained and management adjusted the price for labor. All in all, the work was satisfactory and I'm pleased that they partially adjusted the price for labor. The work was satisfactory.

- GGGenevieve GuentherApr 7, 20261.0Avoid these guys. They are totally incompetent and hugely expensive. First they said they couldn’t source the door handle we hired them to replace, so I found and ordered a replacement handle myself. When they arrived to install that handle — identical to the old one, mind you — they claimed they couldn’t actually fit it over the extant lock — and that I would have to source and order my own brand new lock! At that point, I kicked them out and called my local locksmith, who installed the new door handle over the old lock in about ten minutes — for 1/3rd of the price.
