- KTKendall Thornley1 day ago1.0Impossible customer service. I placed an order online and the delivery did not include all of the items. This was 4/10, I am still trying to get a refund for the missing item. I have spent hours on hold and speaking with customer service agents who cannot help. I keep being told the store will reach out to me within 24 hours to provide an update and it has not happened yet.

They delivered the order to the wrong house, outside of the delivery photo, and took a picture of a random street. I’ve called customer service almost every day and they keep telling me the store is going to call me back for the refund but they DONT. Going in person today to get this taken care of so expect an update that’ll probably be worse at this point.

- NLNorman LeeApr 18, 20261.0The shopping experience at this Lowe's is terrible and I would avoid going here going forward. 1) No available shopping carts. Like other customers, I had to follow people back to their cars for one. I ended up going back to where I parked, which was not close. 2) No pricing was seen for the garden soil initially until later. The only signage was that it was 3 free for every 3 purchased. 3) My cart wheel was locked while I was browsing flowers, it only unlocked after I dragged it to closer to where the cashier shack was. Not easy to do when you have 6 bags of soil and a bag of mulch in it. 4) Was looking for yellow pansies and only purple and white were displayed in the outdoor area in the parking lot but the yellow ones were indoors. You forced me to make the purchase outside for the soil and mulch, bring stuff back to my car, THEN go back indoors to buy the flowers.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
