how does any one give this company even a star. I placed an order, simple, Assigned a delivery time. Simple. Wait 4 hours not received. Receive.a text that it was delivered. It is not delivered it's a wood deliver. 6 phone calls later, transfers, 20 minute holds, RXO- home delivery- poor company. LOWES receives the funds for the delivery but wants nothing to do with holding them accountable for not sending out bogus tracking, deliveries, or responding to concerns about items not being delivered. This store is the pits... but New Yorkers should be use to receiving the worst customer service and a litany of errors if you are located in the city. It is what makes this city so tiresome and we can expect higher taxes, higher insurance and the worst services in all of the united states. AWEFUL

We will never ever be shopping at Lowe’s again. We had a delivery scheduled for today. The courier dropped the package on our stoop in God’s Brooklyn and DID NOT buzz our apartment where my husband and I were waiting for the delivery. By the time email confirmation came that the order had been delivered the package had already been stolen.
Whatever! A delivery person didn’t do their job so what. Cue two hours of calls that went nowhere. I called three times to this location and got hung up on every time. I looked at the horrible reviews for Lowe’s and called the number given in the responses and got caught in an infinite robot assistant loop. I called the company customer service number and after many long holds was told the only thing we could do was dispute the charge with our bank and that they have no ability to send a new delivery, and denied any request to speak to a higher up.
We just wanted some paint, and now out of rage and principle I have to get my bank and my lawyer involved in all this. What a total shame.
