This location has SEVERAL registers to check out, but only uses threes the most. They also have an express checkout for five items or less I think, but they do not use those checkouts. I’ve been on line for just one item waiting for the person in front of me with 20 or more items to be done with checking out. Also every time I’ve been to this location there is always an issue with ringing up one of those 20 items for that customer. further holding up the already long line. There is no organization for the lines at checkout. Is it all one line or is there a line for each register?? Sometimes the workers don’t even know what’s going on with the checkout lines. This store has gotten busy with customers in the area and the store needs better organization. With the register checkout process. More open registers, at least two open express checkout registers and better line organization. I like coming in to shop, but hate having to checkout because you just never know how long you will have to wait on line.
