  Our sales associate, Janam, was truly fantastic! I’ve worked with a lot of different suppliers over 20 years and Janam and Ferguson are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, have great pricing and make delivery a snap. Thanks, Janam!

  Jana Rappel is the absolute best in helping source good products. I feel so spoiled it is hard to use anyone/site else. Literally everything else I have bought outside of working with her has broken in six months. Grateful for her quickness and wisdom in a world filling with trash products.

  Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to work with Janam Patel at Ferguson. I walked into Ferguson’s Midtown showroom and asked to speak with a representative. By some fortunate coincidence, Janam was available. My husband and I were undertaking an extensive renovation of our Manhattan apartment and, without a designer, needed considerable guidance on plumbing fixtures, faucets, vanities, mirrors, and more. Janam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process; our renovation lasted for over a year. He is exceptionally bright, efficient, organized, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What makes him particularly stand out is his responsiveness and willingness to help. If something needed to be changed, he handled it promptly and without fuss. Even while on vacation several time zones away, he remained available and attentive to our needs. Janam is meticulous, flexible, and remarkably adaptable. Although he is clearly a very busy salesperson, he never failed to return our calls – usually within minutes or hours, and always in less than 24 hours. He has all the qualities one could hope for in a salesperson: intelligence, integrity, organization, strong work ethic, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a sincere commitment to his clients. I would highly recommend Janam to anyone looking to purchase from Ferguson, and equally to any future employer considering him. As an academic who has had many opportunities to observe and evaluate young people’s work ethic, character, and potential, I see a very bright future ahead for Janam in whatever he chooses to pursue.

  Janam Patel at Ferguson was a pleasure to work with during my recent remodel. Janam is super responsive and efficient, and he is very knowledgeable. He really guided us through our fixture selections, and he continued to work with us as we made changes to the design, which also required returns. Their website is user friendly, and it was great to create a profile to for storing fixture options prior to purchase.

  Walked in today with no appointment to browse toilets, bath faucets and sinks. The receptionist, while very nice and good looking, was ineffective in answering my questions. The sales manager was more concerned about discussing his travel plans with the said receptionist. All in all, we looked around and with no one to help us, left empty handed. Hastings downstairs from Ferguson, on the other hand, was a whole other story. They were eager to answer questions and discuss possibilities. Toto on 22nd st was stocked with professionals who know their stuff. Ferguson was a waste of my time.
