  Dolan was incredibly accommodating and helpful during a difficult day for me. From the moment I arrived, he was patient, professional, and made the entire process much less stressful.   They need to stop with the alarms that are constantly going off outside of their property. They have these lifts that people just seem to be driving back and forth on the sidewalk for hours, doing god knows what, with an alarm going off the entire time like a truck is backing up. Last night it was three hours straight. Whatever work they are attempting to do never seems to make any progress. It’s infuriating to live so close to this constant noise. Please shut off the alarms on your equipment!!

  I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. The customer service provided was truly amazing from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured I felt confident with my storage choice. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to come across a team that genuinely cares about providing great service, and it definitely showed here.   Had to delete my previous glowing review to write a new one. I do not know what is going on with this facility but they constantly open late. I’m fine with 10-15 minutes and that itself is bad, but on Monday, 4/27/26 me and some other people arrived at 8 AM and they did not open until well past 9. One person left because he had to go upstate, I left after waiting 40 minutes, because I rearranged my schedule to make it there and I also had to get to work. I had to carry 2 heavy ass bags to my office and they’re still in my office under my desk now. No one answered the phone and “corporate” was useless telling someone who called that they can input their code to get inside 🫩 How do you open that late, past an hour and then increase my unit rate by another $35? Please get it together. Very inconsiderate of other people’s time and of course nothing will be done to rectify this.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Erik, the assistant manager at Extra Space Storage on 145th Street. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and it’s clear Erik takes pride in keeping things running at a high standard. If you’re looking for storage and want someone who truly cares about customer service, I highly recommend working with Erik. He made what could have been a frustrating task incredibly easy.
