  Jelani definitely was gem and a gentlemen. He made me and my mom as well as aunts feel right at place. I alone had a hundred questions and Jelani was attentive and in tune with needs we had for storage and not once ever gave annoyed or disinterested with me or my family . Extra space did the big one with personnel.

  Big shout outs to our guy JELANI. Dude was the most chill , laid back and got me and my family all together with storage needs. My sisters dorming here at Columbia Uni with her best friends and Jelani made the process seamless , funny and very genuine in all actions . You kind of forget dudes running a property how had solutions for any and all issue

  Being born and raised in New York, it never crossed my mind that I would ever need storage services...until the tine came. The folks on site at Extra Space have been helpful in answering all of my partner's and my questions about storage space size, billing, and access. I appreciate the kindness and care of their in person staff.

  This facility has amazing staff. They were very kind and patient with me. I had arrived last week with my items but right before that I had misplaced my wallet. My wallet that had also contained my passport. To say that I was frazzled would be an understatement. The lovely front desk person, Theresa was very patient with me as I was having a mini mel t down. I came back the next day and looked through Li items and lo and behold I found my wallet and my passport.

  I Usually don’t writes reviews but its been s year i been coming to this location and the place it self is very clean and staff is great there were instances where i needed a little more time to get my wheelchair stuff together and they were kind enough to not only stay but let me use the bathroom as well, above and beyond service in my opinion . Yesterday was also a great experience as well up leaving with wheelchair to het ready for a meeting I was blocked from leaving due to two cars parked along both exits. My chair couldn’t fit around either car and the entrance is tight, however I decided to ask for assistance i was greeted kindly by three beautiful young ladies names Rudy , Theresa, Arly( hope i got it right) i was presented with smiles and care ,they quickly attended to my urgent need to leave and even escorted me to exit from their staff exit /entrance which most storage i been to aren’t always willing to do that. They had no issues and made the entire process a breeze Id give 10 stars if i could. I highly recommend this place .Thanks you again ladies and Extra space storage.
