We arrived with only about 15 minutes left before closing, and Manager Teresa was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. Even though it was so close to closing time, she never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. She took her time helping us and made sure everything was handled properly, which was such a relief.
That level of customer service really stands out and says a lot about how this location is managed. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you’ll actually be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism, I definitely recommend this place.
