  The staff at manhattan mini storage are very friendly and helpful. Eric and Mike helped me with my paperwork when I signed up and helped with a storage unit. Damion helped out with some questions I had later on on the month. The things that could change is better new member storage promotions and prices and the storage could be more affordable for people im certain situations. Overall im satisfied with me outcome

  Horrible experience. I’ve been a customer for two years, and the service keeps getting worse. Since the previous manager left, staff turnover is constant and no one seems to care. I have a unit on the 6th floor. The light above my unit has been broken for over a month. I don’t feel safe and am always looking behind me. I complained about it, and the answer I keep getting is that they are waiting for the vendor to respond to their emails. I went today and asked again and received the same answer. I told him that it’s not my problem who they are waiting for—can I get a light? I pay over $100 a month, and I have to use my phone flashlight and look behind me because I’m afraid. The worker told me that I have an attitude. I asked him if it makes sense that I’ve been waiting a month for them to fix the light. He said it was the first time he heard about it, but I see someone walking around every day. People put locks on their units—does the worker not see that the light above is not working? Or does he not care? The gate was also broken for weeks, forcing me to load my belongings outside in freezing weather. Same excuse every time. The location is convenient, but safety matters more. I’m planning to move
